More Skill Trees

Knuckle mastery, and knuckle skills have been removed from hunter/avenger, so knuckles are...well, totally useless now :)
Unless they changed knuckles somehow, to make it useful.

    wow. no blunt or sleep for templar / tempest. that makes them absolutely useless in pvp. great.
