    I read that elec bolt (and other bolts) will have a 4sec cooldown at low lvls and that is why mages will go melee (at low lvls).

    "Mastery" will be taken away - but items will still have class restrictions.

    This vid is a low level tempest - they are in Turba. So it might simply be like a 'temperion' weapon.

    Think about it - Currently, you level up to level 10 before you can use the weapon that suits your class.
    I think they will add temperion weapons of each type - rather than just swords or axes.
